Just wanted to comment -- I pass by Hammock Bay just about everyday on my way home -- it is so beautiful at night with the street lights on -- can't wait to see our unit complete -- we are at the top in building six. It is the most beautiful condo community I have ever seen. All of you really did a great job out there -- love the waterfall too, at the entrance!

Hammock Bay "Vacation Where You Live"
I have always believed you should live where you like to vacation. For me and my husband, Gregg, the lake is one of the most relaxing, yet active places to be. When Gregg and I relocated to Lexington we wanted to live on the lake, but also wanted the luxury of vacationing here too. Hammock Bay offered both!
Fortunately, I intercepted information about the community pre-construction auction and decided to participate. I had no idea I would be so compelled to purchase a unit. Being new to the area, I didn't know what to expect in means availability or pricing that would be compatible with our standard of living. The presentation of Hammock Bay was phenomenal. The layout, design, location and affordability offered an opportunity for us to "live where we vacation". Hammock Bay has allowed us to live active lifestyles while managing our careers. We both travel weekly so being close to the interstate makes coming and going much more pleasurable. Not to mention that the town of Lexington offers everything we need in just a 10 minute commute!
My expectations of Hammock Bay are radiating daily. Each day, I see something new or different that enhances the community regardless of the on going construction. We are very satisfied with the location of the unit that we purchased. The view is perfect and the privacy is unmatched. Hammock Bay offers a variety of extracurricular activities. Whether I want to take a walk, play tennis, spend the day relaxing by the pool, or take a boat ride right from the dock, it's all within walking distance. Our home in Hammock Bay is one of the greatest investments we have made. I would encourage anyone to look closer..Hammock Bay offers an all inclusive opportunity to live where you vacation..

We are very pleased with our unit at Hammock Bay. We enjoyed all of the amenities this weekend. We walked around the community and were impressed with the landscaping. The landscaping is above and beyond our expectations. We invested in the community "site - unseen" which is risky but we had a good feeling about the potential. Now that the community is almost complete, I can see we made a good choice. We initially bought in Hammock Bay strictly as an investment but we feel in love with it and now plan to use it as a second home. Our first weekend at Hammock Bay was great. We took the boat out, went fishing, played tennis, walking on the pathways, enjoyed the waterfalls, gazebos, sand & palm trees, fire pit, etc. Hammock Bay is the ideal place to entertain friends and family. There is something for everyone of any age or interest. If you can't have fun at Hammock Bay, it's your own fault. We plan to hold on to our home in Hammock Bay for a long time. It's the kind of place you don't want to let go of.
